Speaker bio:

Hayley Nelson is a marketing and technology executive recognized as a trailblazer in brand innovation and digital transformation. She has held leadership roles at Logitech, Salesforce, and Airbnb, where she built award-winning teams and shepherded the adoption of new technologies and new ways of working. Today, Hayley advises founders and teams on leadership and culture, marketing and communications– with a particular focus on a human-centered approach to the adoption of artificial intelligence. She is an active mentor to women in media and tech, and serves as adjunct faculty at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in the Integrated Marketing and Communications program, where she teaches a class on  technology, culture and innovation. Hayley enjoys convening conversations and leading workshops that spark ideas and spur people to take action.
